Found a wrong number?

This is the message we most want to receive. Tell us the page, what you entered, what the site returned, and what you think the right value is. Every factor we publish is traceable to a definition. So a real error is quick to fix. We will note the correction too, rather than quietly changing the number.

Suggesting a unit or ingredient

We cover weight and mass only. We will not be adding volume, temperature, or length. Within that scope, we would like to hear about units we have missed. Regional trade units especially, where the value changes by market. That is exactly what general converters get wrong.

For ingredients, a source helps enormously. We store density rather than cup weights, so the most useful thing you can send is a documented grams-per-volume figure.
